About Teacher: Hithesh Joseph

Hitesh teaches beginners yoga, intermediate yoga and yoga therapy at both centres Shriyog institute of Iyengar yoga in Pune. He has learnt Iyengar yoga directly under the tutelage of Smt. Rajeshree Tupe, a senior Iyengar yoga teacher and exponent. He has travelled and conducted Iyengar yoga, yoga therapy, pranayama, corporate sessions and yoga sutra chanting sessions in various cities.
