Harsha’s experience of Yoga was initially challenging as she found she couldn’t bend the way some “super flexible people” bent in her class. After she chanced upon a Sri Sri Yoga workshop by Yogacharya Krishan Varma worldwide Sri Sri Yoga Teacher Coordinator at the time, she
immediately fell in love with the experience of Hatha Yoga. When she experienced the universal application of Yoga, in her personal life, she was able to see the scope in Yoga for everyone!
She began her path of yoga started in South Africa 18 years ago with Integral Yoga Classes, Kundalini Yoga lessons and Iyengar yoga classes.
In the summer of 2005, she qualified as a Sri Sri Yoga Teacher after a four week residential training programme. From being a person whose health often took a knock due to frequent asthma attacks, bouts of hay fever and rhinitis due to allergies, doing her yoga practice regularly helped her to strengthen physically, boosting her immune system tremendously.
Once in two years she sits as a student on the teacher trainings that happen worldwide with Krishan Verma to keep herself updated on her practice. She is also a qualified destress Art of Living teacher for children and teens i.e. Art Excel and YES! Workshops. Today, it is her passion to share the benefits of Yoga as a holistic and natural approach to health care for everyone.
She has attended teacher trainings as follows:
• April 2005 completed 4 week residential Sri Sri Yoga Training Program
• April 2008 completed 7 Days of Sri Sri Yoga Teacher Refresher Program

Sometimes we just “feel low”. Our energy levels are sensitive to not only to our internal changes and practices but also the food we eat, the environment we are in and the people we surround ourselves by. Health and wellbeing is not just about the mind and body level but also about the energy level. Dr. Jaya Harikumar, Ph.d Metaphysics, believes that it is a human right to experience life with health, happiness and abundance. And the key to that right, lies within our very own hands. She believes all problems have a solution and that the right flow of energy restores balance to a troublesome situation. Her goal is to make people aware of this energy of healing and experience the transformation it brings about. Her path of energy upliftment has been through Yoga and Pranayama, emphasizing the importance of breath awareness in the yogic healing process.
She is a certified Sri Sri Yoga teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience, training more than 1000 students. Tired of all the strings attached to your pursuit of happiness? Discover a sustainable inner reservoir of joy, which can be your unconditional source to wellbeing with Art of Living Yoga. RashiDatt has only one vision and that is to spread unconditional happiness. It was 1999 when she was pushed to do Art of Living workshop as she was suffering from lots of health issues including depression.
She thoroughly enjoyed the workshop after which there was no stopping her from spending most of her time doing advanced level programs on yoga and meditation with the Art of Living Foundation.
She also spearheaded Service Projects and events for the Art of Living e.g. Yogathon and numerous musical concerts for Dubai audience. She also started singing in weekly chanting sessions, as she loved music. As the chanting resonated deep within her Self, she began to comprehend the immensity of its significance. Join Rashi with Sri Sriyoga, complimented by the vibrational power of chanting, diving into the depths of meditation! Under the impression that Yoga is for flexible people, Rashi shattered these misconceptions as her own experience of Yoga enriched her health, immunity and mental strength. In 2012 she did Teachers Training Program where she was qualified to teach breathing techniques, Pranayams and the Art of Living Happiness Program. In 2014, she completed her teachers training in Sri Sri Yoga. Since then there has been no looking back as she feels that it is her duty to spread this knowledge to each and every person on this planet. She believes that every individual has a right to have a stress free mind, disease free body and a joy filled life!
