Pranayama 20mins – is breathing exercises which clear the physical and emotional obstacles in our body to free the breath and so the flow of prana – life energy. Through regular and sustained practise of pranayama you can supercharge your whole body

Meditation 20mins –  is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

The Yoga beginner 20mins –  introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work in a flow of postures linked together by the breath. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration
