Yoga For Children

For children ages 6-12 years of age, it seeks to give kids a safe space to play and do yoga and interact with other kids. We also offer Yoga for Teens.- Children derive enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves.
