Beginners Yoga

A combination of gentle and vigorous series of postures that is taught for the well-being of the body. Yoga Basics is a 60-minute class designed for people new to yoga. It provides an introduction to the basic principles of yoga focusing on the most common postures, their correct alignment, and their appropriate modifications. No previous yoga experience or particular fitness ability is required to participate in a Yoga Basics class.
